Cauliflower and Cheese

You Will Need:
* Butter
* finely chopped onion
* cauliflower
* diced potato
* vegetable stock
* milk and cheese
How To:
* Heat the butter in a pan, add onions and cook until transparent.
* Add the cauliflower florets, potatoes, vegetable stock, milk and the cheese.
* Let it boil first and then reduce the heat to let it simmer for 30 minutes.
* Once cool, blend this in a mixer to get a creamy consistency.
* You can add a little warm milk if the soup is too viscous.
