Chicken and Vegetable Soup

You Will Need:
* Chicken legs de-skinned
* water
* chopped carrots
* chopped onion
* one bay leaf
* diced celery
* diced parsnip
* diced potato
* diced zucchini
* soy sauce
How To:
* Put chicken, carrot, onion and bay leaf in a pan and add water. Let it all come to a boil.
* Now cover and cook for another 20 minutes on low heat.
* Make sure the chicken is tender. Remove the chicken and keep it aside.
* Strain the stock and add it in the pan.
* Add carrot, celery, potato, zucchini, and parsnip. Bring it to boil.
* Reduce the heat and cook for another 30 minutes.
* Mince the chicken and add it to the soup.
* Garnish with a little bit of soy sauce.
