Pumpkin seeds and trail mix

Pumpkin seeds and trail mix are easy, healthy snacks for toddlers as well. Roasted pumpkin seeds can be given to toddlers who have teeth strong enough to chew regular solid foods, around 18 months to 2 years of age.

They can also be ground up and added to other foods. Trail mix is another excellent choice and can be purchased pre-made or made yourself using granola, nuts, raisins, dried fruits, cereal rings, and carob or yogurt chips.
